Returns

At SleepRight, your satisfaction is our top priority. That's why we offer a 30-day return policy on all our products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept returns within the first 30 days from delivery. We'll refund your purchase in full and we'll even cover the shipping cost for the return.

We will notify you via email once we've received your returned items. After inspecting the items, we will process your refund. The refund will be credited to your original method of payment within 5 business days. Do note that it might take a while for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 5 business days, please first check with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, contact us.

Products on sale will be refunded at the discounted purchase price. If any of the products you purchased were faulty or damaged, we offer exchanges. Please contact us to initiate the exchange process.

If your item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. However, if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
