45-Day Money Back Guarantee
- If you are not satisfied with your dental guard, you may request a refund (not including shipping and tax) within 45 days from the original purchase date. Allow up to 30 days for your refund check to be mailed.
- Please do not return your dental guard to the store from which it was purchased.
- To submit a claim, email the following information to support@splintek.com: Proof of purchase and original purchase date, LOT# on the bottom of your package, reason for return or exchange, and name, address, email, phone number.
- State if you are submitting a claim for a refund, or exchanging for one of the following: ProRx®, Dura-Comfort®, Ultra-Comfort®, Select-Comfort™, or Secure-Comfort®

5-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY – Pillow
Splintek, Inc. warrants for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser that its SleepRight Pillows will be free from manufacturing defects and that the pillow's memory foam will noy degrade such that the pillow will not return to its original shape. This warranty does not cover a normal increase/decrease in softness due to fluctuations in atmospheric temperature, damage due to abnormal usage, or if your pillow gets wet. If a SleepRight pillow is defective and otherwise covered by this warranty, you are entitled to receive one replacement pillow. The warranty is not available for pillows purchased outside the US and Canada, or from unauthorized sellers, and are limited to the original end-user purchaser.
Because Splintek cannot control the quality of our products sold by unathorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Splintek 5-Year Limited Warranty is not available for products purchased from unathorized sellers. Splintek reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers for products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unathorized internet sites.

SleepRight Pillows are non-returnable for refund because it is a bedding product.

SleepRight Side Sleeper Pillow, Pillow Cases, Tongue Cleaners, Breathe Aid & HearRight Ear Plug sales are FINAL, however size exchanges are permitted within 30-days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please call before sending back any exchanges.

Splintek reserves the right to verify information, require a valid proof of purchase, and to deny guarantee requests in its discretion in cases of suspected fraud or if a customer has abused the Splintek 45-Day Money Back Guarantee. If you have purchased a SleepRight Rx Dental Guard from your healthcare provider, please return it to them to receive your replacement or refund.
There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Splintek be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
