Memory Foam

The SleepRight Side Sleeper Pillow is made from premium Visco-elastic memory foam. This pressure relieving material is sensitive to body temperature and weight. As you rest, the memory foam will softly conform to your contours by taking an impression of your anatomy. The memory foam will automatically adjust to your body temperature and weight as your body stabilizes in its resting place. When equalization between body weight and the elasticity of the memory foam is achieved, your spinal column will be ideally aligned while in a side sleeping position. This greatly minimizes the unwanted side effects of pressure points, which is a benefit unavailable in regular cushions.

5-Year Limited Warranty Details

Splintek, Inc. warrants for a period of five (5) years from the original date of purchase by the original end-user purchaser that its SleepRight Pillows will be free from manufacturing defects and that the pillow’s memory foam will not degrade such that the pillow will not return to its original shape. This warranty does not cover a normal increase/decrease in softness due to fluctuations in atmospheric temperature, damage due to abnormal usage, or if your pillow gets wet. If a SleepRight Pillow is defective and otherwise covered by this warranty, you are entitled to receive one replacement pillow.

Please do not exchange your product at the store from which it was purchased. To submit a warranty claim, simply email a photo of your product and proof of purchase to support@splintek.com. Or, you may mail these items to the following address at a mailing cost to you. Be sure to include your name, address, phone number, and the original purchase date. Allow up to 3 weeks to receive your replacement.

Because Splintek cannot control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, unless otherwise prohibited by law, the Splintek 5-Year Limited Warranty is not available for products purchased from unauthorized sellers. The SleepRight memory foam pillow is non-returnable for a refund because it is a bedding product.

If you have purchased a SleepRight Side Sleeping Pillow from your healthcare provider, please return it to them to receive your replacement or refund.

There are no warranties which extend beyond those stated herein. Any implied warranties that may be applicable to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty. Some States do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Under no circumstances shall Splintek be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract or strict liability. Some States do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from State to State.
